We don't. Our clothes are only available online. Please use the size charts located on the product page to find your size. You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days, and we ship exchanges for free if you would like an exchange (within the U.S.).

In most cases, unavailable or sold out items won't be coming back. In some cases, we may be expecting a re-stock. Feel free to contact us if you have a question about a certain item.

Sorry but we cannot do custom orders. This includes custom colors or custom lengths. All of our dresses are pre-manufactured and ready-to-wear. We can't sell you extra fabric from our clothing either.

Our warehouse isn't open to the public. Sorry but we cannot allow pick-ups.

The size chart for each product is located on the product page. Please follow the directions under "How to measure yourself" on the product page to find your size.

Sorry but we can't send out fabric swatches. We don't have extra fabric from our clothing available. If you're looking for bridesmaids dresses, you can always purchase 1 dress to see if you like the color. If the dress won't work, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

Sorry but we can't do gift wrapping or include gift messages with orders at this time.

Shipping Questions

We offer many different shipping options to fit your needs. We charge you the actual shipping cost. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address.

To see the shipping cost, add an item to your cart and click the checkout button. After you enter your address but before you purchase, you can choose from the different shipping options and see the price for each.

Warning for Canadian customers:
UPS Standard to Canada does not include brokerage fees, bond fees and other fees added by UPS. These fees will be collected by UPS upon delivery. To avoid these fees, choose Priority Mail International by the United States Postal Service as your shipping option.

Orders usually ship out the next business day but may take two business days. If you need your order to arrive by a certain day, please add an extra day or two when calculating which shipping speed to use. Remember it may not ship out today, and Sundays and holidays do not count as "days" when calculating the shipping time. If you are using UPS, do not count Saturday either (UPS only delivers and moves packages on business days).

Standard Shipping takes 5-9 days.

USPS Priority Mail within the US takes 2-3 days to receive once shipped.

UPS Ground (available if you live in the Contiguous US) usually takes about 5 business days to receive once shipped, but it is not guaranteed to arrive by a certain day. Depending on how far you live from our warehouse in Nevada, add or subtract a day or two. 5 business days is about 1 week, so if you ordered on a Tuesday your order would probably ship out on Wednesday and you would receive your order around the following Wednesday.

UPS 3 Day Select takes 3 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air® takes 2 business days and UPS Next Day Air® arrives the next business day after it is shipped. For instance, if you live in the U.S. and are ordering on Wednesday and you need your order to arrive on Friday, choose UPS Next Day Air®, not UPS 2nd Day Air® because your order won't ship out until Thursday. If you order on Thursday and choose UPS Next Day Air®, your package will ship out on Friday, so it would be delivered on Monday, not Satuday.

Yes we do ship internationally. We offer a couple of international shipping options to fit your needs. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address.

If the tracking information on your package says it was delivered but you didn't receive it, first please check that the shipping address you entered in your order information was correct. If the address was correct you will need to contact the company your order was shipped through to try to locate it. If it was delivered by the USPS please call USPS customer service using this number 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Give them your tracking number and they will be able to help you. You may want to also call your local post office. Packages in this situation usually turn up within a few days to a couple of weeks. If you still haven't received your package after 30 days of it saying it was delivered you can contact us for a replacement.
