Returns & Exchanges

Amazon Customers: If you ordered through Amazon you need to request returns through your account on Amazon.com.

We're sorry if your order doesn't work out but don't worry- we are easy to work with on returns and exchanges! Here are the details:

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded. All returned clothing must be unworn (tried on is OK) and in the same condition you received it in.*

To return: please SUBMIT THIS RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM to let us know you have a return. You will be given return instructions after you submit the form.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. We will email you when your refund has been processed.

*You pay to ship your return to us. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Items that are dirty or have been damaged or stained will not be accepted. Items returned damaged, stained or dirty will not receive a full refund.

Exchanges
You can exchange any item for any other item within 30 days, as long as it is unworn (tried on is OK) and in the same condition you received it in.*

If you are exchanging for an item of a different price, we will charge/refund the price difference using your original payment method.

We can't hold items for exchanges, and we do often sell out of products quickly. If the item/size you wanted in exchange is out of stock once we process your exchange, all we can do is offer you a refund (or a different exchange if you prefer).**

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchange to be shipped. We will email you when your exchange has shipped.

Items that have been worn or washed cannot be exchanged. Items that are dirty or have been damaged or stained will not be accepted. Items returned damaged, stained or dirty will not receive a full exchange credit.

**If you need the exchange in time for a special event OR you don't want to risk your size selling out by the time your exchange is processed, we recommend you purchase the product/size you need ASAP while it is still in stock and choose the shipping speed that works best for you. Then return the other one for a refund.
